Food in the restaurant very bad. The bathroom got all wet everytime I took a shower. And the shower curtains were old and got tangled up in the legs during the shower.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, but everything was beautiful. Our superior queen room was well-appointed and spotless with comfy beds. The hotel's position was unbeatable, in the hills five minutes away from San Gimiano.

The location was amazing, close to the best winery and the center of San Gimignano. The deluxe queen room was luxurious and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It boasted fabulous views of the town and the hilly surroundings.

Not cleaned jacuzzi for a long time. After it was started, a lot of dust & more appeared in the water. Not acceptable in the hotel of such category.

The breathtaking location here offers stunning views of a hill overlooking a beautiful town and an old monastery, with the city center just a short distance away. The Val d'Elsa district is definitely worth exploring.

the hotel is located in an nice, well-maintained historical building in a very nice environment

although making noise the airconditioning was not effective at all. the temperature was above 30 degrees, also at night. the menu of the restaureant was quite limited and did not provide good value for money. as breakfast is concerned, quality was good but again, a fairly limited choice. And when paying 270 euros per night, I would not expect to pay an additional 6 euros for a simple boiled egg. so although the hotel has all the assets to be a splendid holiday hotel, both the non-functioning airconditioning and the ratio of value for money would keep me from going back.
